$105 per 60 minute session. $125 for extended session of 75 minutes. Initial intake is an extended session.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage by asking the following questions of your insurance carrier:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- What is my copay?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- If you have a carrier other than Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare (Optum, UMR) or Cigna, ask what your out-of-network benefits are.
Full payment is required at time of service if you have no insurance or I'm not in your insurer's network. If you have BCBS, UHC or Cigna insurance, you will pay only the appropriate copay at the time of service (or according to whatever your plan's mental health benefits are). Cash or check are preferred, but major credit cards are also accepted for payment. There will be a $30 fee for returned checks.
If you have a carrier other than BCBS, UHC or Cigna and wish to file insurance, forms should be available on your provider's website for you to file and be reimbursed directly. I will assist you with this if needed. Your session receipt should have all the information you need.
Other payment options may be available on a limited basis.
If you cancel your scheduled appointment without at least 24 hours notice, you may incur a $60 charge for the missed session. However, if you do not cancel and do not show up for your appointment, the full session fee will be owed. A notice of 48 hours or more is preferred, if you must cancel or reschedule, so that waiting clients may be given the option of taking the open appointment time. Any missed-session fee will need to be addressed at the next appointment. Extenuating circumstances may be considered. Please do whatever is necessary to prioritize, remember, and keep your scheduled appointment. Thank you!
